The purpose of the the Jubilate ministry is to assist those who serve in the area of worship and church music in Romania.  We do this by providing training as well as printed resources for biblical worship and music education.  We desire to offer printed music of high quality that is also culturally relevant – written by Romanians or translated with great care and with attention to theological accuracy and artistic merit.  The body of Christ is composed of all ages and Jubilate Foundation wants to help you serve in the areas of children and youth work as well as in congregational worship. We believe that we can learn from each other as we strive to give the Lord our very best in the „sacrifice of praise” that we offer Him. 

We at Jubilate are preparing for a full summer – and for two important projects in particular:
    • The second edition of the Oratorium Project for professional musicians in Romania – July 18-25, 2010
       (see www.oratorium.ro, “English” at top right).

    • Our annual Jubilate summer course for music and worship leaders – August 23-30, 2010.  We are expecting as many as 100 participants to come from all over Romania for times of worship, of learning new songs for the congregation and choir, and various seminars and workshops such as conducting, voice, guitar, recorder, working with children, basic music theory, working with instrumental ensembles, the role of music in worship, and basic principles of writing new songs for the church.
